FAQ

Holiday Ordering Info:
The last day to place an order for the holidays is Nov 30th. You must email me or add a note at checkout to let me know this is a holiday order, otherwise the regular lead time will apply.

All orders from our limited holiday collection will ship Dec 5-15th.

How long will it take to make my order?
All garments are hand made to order specifically for you!

It will take me approximately 3-12 weeks upon date of order to make your items for you. Lead times are not always exact, they are estimations (I'm just one person doing everything!).

Due to high order volume, I do not send individual email updates on orders. Please send me an email with your order number at any time for a status update!

**If you need your order by a specific date, please email me before or after the order is placed. I need at minimum 2-3 weeks for rush orders. I would recommend upgrading to priority shipping as well**

What if you don't sell my size or I am in between sizes?
Email me! I can do a custom size for you if you provide your measurements

Please make sure to double check the size chart before ordering! I provide exact measurements for every single piece.

Do you do customizations?
I offer small free customizations on each piece, such as - length, arm elastic size, shortening of the sleeves, etc. *At this time I only accept customizations that are outlined on each listing*

Write your customizations in the box at checkout or email me after you place your order. I recommend having a soft tape measurer to figure out your different measurements.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Not currently, all sales are final. Due to the nature of made to order items, orders are non refundable. Each piece is uniquely made for you!

If there are fit issues with your garment, shoot me an email within 2 weeks of delivery, and we can figure it out!

What kind of material are you clothes made out of?
Everything is made from 100% cotton or a 55% linen/45% cotton blend.

The current season's fabric swatches are on each listing. New fabric options drop 2-3 times a year (stay up to date on instagram for the latest releases!).

How do I care for my garment?
I would recommend washing on cold and hanging dry. I usually throw mine in the dryer for 5 minutes after they are completely air dried to fluff them back up again.

All items made from upcycled vintage materials should be handled with extra care due to the natural and age of the textiles (I would only wash when needed).

If any stitching on your piece comes out over time, please email me and we can discuss repair!

Where are you based?
Austin, TX. I do not offer local pick up at this time.

What if my order was lost/never delivered/etc?
Unfortunately, I do not have any control over packages once I drop them off. If you have any questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your local post office. USPS is slow and understaffed, so please be patient!

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, I'm only shipping within North America - US, Mexico, and Canada.
